These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Evgeniy Tsoy, the developer of GlowIQ ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the GlowIQ mobile application ("App") and the website at glowiq.evtsoy.com ("Website").
By accessing or using GlowIQ, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is granted by the Developer, not by Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Your use of GlowIQ is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service, available at apple.com. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall govern with respect to App Store matters.
Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GlowIQ offers the following subscription tiers:
3 Pro scan credits for $4.99 (one-time purchase, non-refundable consumable). Credits do not expire but are not transferable.
Where offered, free trials are available for new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price. Only one free trial per Apple ID.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Monthly scan credits (8 for Glow, 20 for Glow Pro) are allocated at the beginning of each subscription month and expire at the end of that month. Unused credits do not roll over. Scan pack credits (consumable) do not expire.

These limits are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The skin analysis features are powered by AI algorithms that analyze selfie photos. Factors including lighting, camera quality, and photo angle can affect results. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
GlowIQ allows you to upload photos (selfies for skin scanning, profile photos). By uploading content, you:
You retain ownership of your photos. We do not claim ownership of user-submitted content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

The GlowIQ app, website, logo, and all related content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Evgeniy Tsoy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
GlowIQ integrates with third-party services including Supabase, AILab Tools, OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue GlowIQ (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any warranty claims must be directed to us, not Apple.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evgeniy Tsoy and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of GlowIQ, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to GlowIQ at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the app or contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Apple has no responsibility for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes within the app and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GlowIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
