1. Easiest Way: Delete In-App
If you still have the GlowIQ app installed, you can delete your account directly — no email needed:
1Open the GlowIQ app
2Go to the Profile tab
3Tap Privacy Settings
4Tap "Delete Account"
5Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, fill in the form below and we will delete your account within 7 business days. You can also email us directly at glowiq@evtsoy.com with the subject Account Deletion Request and the email address linked to your account.
3. What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:
Your account and profile
All skin scan results and photos
Product scan history
AI chat history
Personalized routines
Progress tracking data
Important — Subscription Billing: Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play Store before or after deleting your account.
4. Data Retention
Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention purposes before being permanently purged. Subscription purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat per their own policies.
